Delete your CricVault account
In the app (fastest)
- Open CricVault and sign in.
- Go to Profile and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap Delete my account, then Delete forever.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Without the app
Email support@cricvault.co.in from the email address you sign in with (or tell us the mobile number you sign in with), with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm the request and delete the account within 7 days.
What gets deleted
Deleted permanently: your sign-in email or mobile number, your profile (name, photo, city, playing details), your badges and rank.
Kept, without your account: scorecards and team lists of matches and tournaments you played in, because they belong to the tournament's record. They are no longer linked to your account. Purchase records required for tax and accounting are kept for the period the law requires.
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Google Play or App Store account settings.
