What we sell

CricKeep sells digital services only: CricKeep PRO (1 month ₹49, 1 year ₹499) and the Tournament package (₹999 per tournament). Nothing is shipped; PRO switches on in your account straight after payment.

Bought in the Android or iPhone app

These are charged by Google Play or the App Store. Refunds and cancellations follow their policies – on Android open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; on iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. App subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Bought on the website (crickeep.co.in/app)

• Website PRO passes are one-time payments through Razorpay. They do not renew, so there is nothing to cancel – the pass simply ends after 1 month or 1 year.
• If you were charged but PRO didn't switch on, or you were charged twice, email support@crickeep.co.in within 7 days with your registered mobile number or email. We'll switch PRO on or refund you to the original payment method within 7 working days.
• Once PRO is active on your account the pass can't be refunded.
